A days:

bench press

cable rows

deadlifts

tricep extensions

curls

cable woodchops or dumbbell side bends

b days:

overhead press

pullups

squats

lateral raises

facepulls

calf raises

lever push crunch

if you don’t know what something is look it up on exrx.net

you can do whatever rep/set scheme you want depending on your goals
